I have over 20 years of experience in Homeowners Association (HOA) management, overseeing communities of all types and sizes. In addition to community management, I lead Dynamic Property Group, directing our full operations team, including managers, administrative assistants, human resources, accounting, and maintenance personnel. I founded Dynamic Property Group to elevate customer service standards within our industry. Prior to this, Mary spent 17 years at a timeshare management company, where she served as an Office Administrator for the final 5 years. Throughout her career, she has maintained a strong focus on detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Danny has over 18 years of real estate industry experience, with a specialized focus on HOA projects since 2009. His background includes working with MBK Homes, Highland Development, Bank of America, New American Funding, and Finance of America. He leverages his lending expertise to help HOA boards and property owners identify financing options that support community property values and financial stability. As a member of his own HOA board, Danny also brings firsthand experience in addressing complex property issues and community concerns.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), CTEC professional, and Certified Bookkeeper.
